Roastit Bubbly Jocks..now just Roastits
An apt temperature today in Glasgow for our visit to Roastits in Partick. Handy for Partick Underground, Partick Railway Station and Partick Bus Interchange.
Inside was clean, tidy and a just the right level of a breeze to blow off those cobwebs.

What we ate and drank
The weather was toasty, so some tap water to hydrate whilst deciding what to order.
I picked the smoked haddock rarebit with arran ched dar cheese, onion marmalade, salad, parmesan, herb oil with poached eggs.
Very nice haddock atop a slice of toasted bloomer. The onion mmarmalade tasted suspiciously like pickle, a little bit too much on the portion served considering the vinegar tang. Couldn’t find the herb oil..
My dining companion picked Stornoway Black Pudding, roasted chorizo, sweetcorn & baby spinach, potato hash with fried eggs
Salty and chewy chorizo however, a tasty and filling brunch dish.
We finished with a pot of tea each to help the brunch settle.
