New addition to Southside Glasgow food scene
Oscar Bar and Kitchen will open tomorrow (Monday 6th September) and we had a look inside and have a note of the menu for you as well.
The new addition to the Shawlands food and drink scene will be open Monday to Sunday from 10 am until 10 pm, with last orders at 8:45 pm. The menu is small plates with dishes including cold smoked trout with lemon and black pepper rosti, dill hollandaise, sautéed spinach, pickled apple and fennel Vierge and pork belly with caramelised apple, burnt orange puree, smoked chicory, red wine and bourbon glaze.
There is also vegan small plates and a vegan brunch menu.
All we need to find out now is Who is Oscar?
