Dishoom’s iconic breakfast Naan Roll gets a Christmas makeover launching in Glasgow this month

Dishoom Glasgow is bringing festive cheer early with a brand-new Pigs-in-Blanket Breakfast Naan Roll, created in collaboration with food creator, chef and author Seema Pankhania of Seema Gets Baked.

The limited-edition dish will be served from until the 24th December, alongside Dishoom’s full Christmas Feasting Menus for groups and festive diners.

The limited-edition special is stuffed with honey-glazed pigs-in-blankets, two fried eggs, cranberry cream cheese, tomato-chilli jam and fresh coriander, all wrapped in a warm, tandoor-baked naan. Vegetarian and vegan versions, filled with rich spiced stuffing, are also on offer.

“I’ve always loved the way Dishoom celebrates stories through food,” says Seema Pankhania. “Working on this festive Naan Roll was about bringing a playful, comforting twist to familiar flavours, something I’m really looking forward to seeing people take joy in sharing this Christmas.”

Shaun Metcalfe, General Manager at Dishoom Glasgow, said: “It’s our first Christmas in Glasgow, and we’re delighted to be celebrating it with something so fun and festive.
