North at Address Glasgow launches fresh summer menu, seasonal cocktails & weekend brunch
The Address Glasgow has unveiled an all-new summer offering at its signature restaurant, NORTH, featuring seasonal flavours, expertly crafted cocktails, and the launch of a brand-new weekend brunch menu.
The new light bites menu offers three plates for £21, featuring options such as crispy salt and pepper king prawn tempura, sticky teriyaki cauliflower, smoky chipotle popcorn chicken, and spiced haggis bonbons.

Guests can also explore an all-day menu that blends classic Scottish and Irish comfort food with global inspiration.
Highlights include braised beef with red wine jus, vegan ‘fish’ and chips made with crispy banana blossom, roasted cauliflower with Mediterranean couscous, grilled honey and chipotle chicken skewers with spiced rice, flatbread, and an Asian-style slaw, alongside a lineup of classic burgers, pastas, and pizzas.

Brunch is now served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, offering a relaxed start to the weekend. Dishes include a smoky breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, Emmental cheese, and sriracha, classic smashed avocado toast, Eggs Florentine, buttermilk pancakes, and the ultimate Scottish morning roll with square sausage and a tattie scone.

And, just in time for summer, North has launched an inventive cocktail list packed with seasonal creativity. From the Strawberry & Cream Negroni with vanilla cold foam to the smoky Grilled Pineapple Penicillin, made with Glengoyne whisky. For a lighter refreshment, try the fresh and floral Apple & Elderflower Collins, featuring St. Germain, cloudy apple and lemon or the Sarti Spritz, made with Sarti Rosa aperitif, rosé Prosecco, and soda – ideal for aperitivo hour.
