Glasgow chicken restaurant Rare Birds pop up at Cornershop
Glasgow chicken restaurant, Birds Fried Chicken, will be popping across the city with Rare Birds, a collection of one-off dinners.
The first Rare Birds event will happen on 23rd September at Corner Shop in Old Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.
This menu will combine Birds fried chicken with Corner Shop’s cooking, with a “fried chicken meets caviar” theme.
Guests will receive a glass of Gusbourne Brut Reserve and then enjoy a menu combining the skills of Birds’ fried chicken and Corner Shop.
Tickets for the set menu are £45 each and can be reserved by emailing Corner Shop at hello@cornershopglasgow.co.uk, stating a preferred booking time of 6pm or 8pm.
