Oi Mamma, a new Italian restaurant in the city’s Bearsden neighbourhood has opened today.
Mixing classic Italian recipes with amodern Mediterranean twist. Dishes include Nduja Hummus, Sourdough flatbread; Whole Lemon Sole on the bone served with Brown Butter, Shrimps, Samphire, Amalfi lemon and Tagliolini with Pecorino Basil & Creamy Burrata. Every day, Oi Mamma’s kitchen will make fresh pasta and a variety of pizzas. There is also a ‘Mamma Specials Board’ offering large plate sharing dishes including Lobster Spaghetti and Tomahawk steak.
