Glasgow Distillery cocktail collab at Rascal, Sunday 1st December
The Glasgow Distillery has teamed up with Rascal in the west end for a one-off collaborative cocktail event on Sunday 1st December. To kickstart the festive season, the bar will be mixing up a special selection of cocktails made using spirits from the award-winning distillery.
Rascal opened in October 2023, replacing Fly South on the corner of Woodlands Road and Lynedoch Street. The bar has a cosy, intimate atmosphere – if you’d visited Fly South before but not Rascal , it has the same size and layout but feels more relaxed (the bar staff no longer look like airline pilots) and there is more focus on homemade ‘potions’ thus ensuring you will find all sorts of weird and unique cocktails here, such as the smoked garlic and chilli margarita that we were lucky enough to try!
The Glasgow Distillery event will showcase a selection of their premium spirits, including:
- Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- G52 Botanical Vodka
- Banditti Club Rum
Guests will learn all about the artistry behind the distillery’s products and how their distinctive flavours inspire bold and creative cocktails.
The special menu will feature six bespoke cocktails, two made using spiced rum, two with coffee botanical vodka and two using their single malt whisky.
