Plans submitted to open Scottish cookery school in Glasgow at Princes Square
Plans have been submitted to open a Scottish cookery school in Glasgow within Princes Square shopping centre.
This will be a site to provide support for those who are interested in finding a role in hospitality. The operating company have links strong links to the hospitality industry and seek to provide enhanced training opportunities.
As well as the cookery school there are plans for a deli counter and coffee stand, which would be open to the public.
Plans have been submitted for the site between Cranachan and Tinderbox on the top floor.
This would be a superb addition to not only Princes Square, but the city as a whole and create a space for training future hospitality staff.
