The Merchant Steakhouse is launching of its new lunch menu tomorrow (Thursday, 25th May). The new set menu features a range of light dishes and refreshing cocktails.
An assortment of nutritious salads, including Heritage Beetroot Salad with roasted hazelnuts and a zesty blood orange balsamic dressing, a premium Steak and Blue Cheese or a crisp Chargrilled Chicken Salad.
Beef Carpaccio with Charred Chicory and Beef Tea sounds a mouthwatering taste combination. Classics such as Steak Frites and skinny fries or an Aberdeen Angus Burger served on a black and white sesame-seeded brioche bun with shredded lettuce, tomato, and an bone marrow mayonnaise.
Perthshire Berry Sundae with Raspberry Ripple ice cream, honeycomb, raspberry meringue, and vanilla Chantilly or try the Lemon Tart with vanilla pod ice cream and black pepper strawberries.
