Kristen Allen brings her cheesemaking knowledge to Glasgow with a series of workshops where you get hands on into cheesemaking and get to enjoy a gourmet lunch!

There are three workshops available:-

Yoghurt, butter and fresh cheese – Sunday 27th July

Together you’ll explore the art of crafting cheese as well as learning to bake her signature whey and potato focaccia.

In this class you will learn how to make buttermilk ricotta, yoghurt, labne, marinated labne, cultured butter and a simple hard cheese ‘ricotta salata’ for you to mature at home.

Then learn how to incorporate this freshly made cheese into a delicious lunch.

Mozzarella & burrata workshop – Sunday 3rd August

Learn how to make mozzarella,
burrata and stracciatella, and enjoy a gourmet lunch.

Feta, halloumi and mascarpone Sunday 10th August

Learn how to make feta (including marinated Persian feta), halloumi and mascarpone and, of course, lunch.

In each class you will receive recipes, notes and the cheese made in the class. A delicious lunch will be served.
