Le Set Glasgow to Open at Princes Square

Landmark Princes Square Venue Set for Luxury Transformation as Le Set Confirms September Opening

New Dining, Music and Entertainment Destination to Launch in Former October Site in Glasgow

One of Glasgow’s most recognisable hospitality venues is preparing for a striking new chapter as Le Set announces plans to open this September within the former October restaurant space at Princes Square.

Created by the team behind Grosso, Le Set promises to bring a fresh and sophisticated dining, music and entertainment experience to the heart of Glasgow city centre, blending elevated sharing plates, premium cocktails, world-class music and immersive hospitality under one roof.

Set within one of Glasgow’s most iconic shopping and lifestyle destinations, Le Set aims to redefine the traditional night out by creating a seamless journey from dinner to late-night entertainment.

Built around the belief that the best evenings begin around a table, Le Set will offer guests a refined social dining experience centred on beautifully presented sharing dishes, carefully curated drinks and an atmosphere designed to evolve throughout the night.

Inspired by contemporary hospitality destinations across Europe, the menu will focus on elevated small plates and sharing dishes designed to encourage conversation and connection. Premium cocktails and an extensive drinks offering will complement the food, creating an experience that transitions effortlessly from relaxed dining to vibrant nightlife.

As the evening progresses, renowned DJs and immersive entertainment will transform the venue’s atmosphere, creating a destination where guests can dine, drink and stay long into the night.

The result will be a contemporary space designed to deliver an elevated guest experience while preserving the iconic status of one of Princes Square’s most recognisable hospitality locations.

Founders Share Their Vision

Si Ferry, co-founder of Le Set, said:

«“Glasgow knows how to have a good time better than most cities, but we felt there was still room for something different.»

«We’ve taken inspiration from some of the best hospitality experiences across Europe, where exceptional food, great drinks and music all sit naturally alongside one another.»

«There are incredible restaurants and brilliant bars across Glasgow, but there aren’t many places where those elements come together in one seamless experience. That’s what we’re creating with Le Set.»

«We want people to come for dinner, stay for the atmosphere and find themselves still there hours later.”»

Co-founder Jordan Allan added:

«“Music is a huge part of the experience. As the night progresses, the energy in the room changes. People are up, they’re socialising, they’re dancing and they’re having a brilliant time.»

«The former October site deserves something special and we’re really excited to completely reimagine one of the most recognisable hospitality spaces in Glasgow.”»

Opening This September

Le Set will accommodate around 200 guests across seated and standing spaces and is expected to create more than 25 new jobs when it opens later this year.

Further announcements, including menu details, reservation information and launch events, will be revealed in the coming months.

Le Set is scheduled to open in September 2026 at Princes Square in Glasgow city centre.
