Superb. Mark would have liked a spicier buffalo sauce but it was perfect for me. Crisp coated cauliflower atop a chewy pizza base.
Margherita Pizza (12″)

Tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil & evoo. San marzano sugo and fior di latte mozzarella
Perfect crust for dipping, it was a substantial pizza, so lunch today.
Fried Chicken Buttermilk Tenders

Salt & pepper dusted chicken, pickled red cabbage slaw, coconut ranch dipping sauce.
Tender chicken with just the right amount of salt and pepper coating to give the chicken a lift without overpowering.
