SuperPark Glasgow to Open at Braehead This August
Families looking for an active day out will soon have a brand-new attraction to enjoy, as SuperPark Glasgow prepares to open this August at Frasers Plus Braehead in Renfrewshire. The venue will be the first SuperPark in the UK, bringing the popular Finnish indoor activity concept to Scotland.
Covering more than 30,000 square feet, SuperPark is designed as a multi-generational indoor activity park where children, teenagers and adults can play together. Rather than focusing on traditional soft play or trampolines, the attraction combines sport, movement and interactive games, with more than 30 activities inspired by football, gymnastics, dance and freestyle sports.

Founded in Finland in 2012, SuperPark now operates 28 locations across Finland, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. The Glasgow venue continues the brand’s international expansion and is expected to become a major new leisure destination for the west of Scotland.
Jonathan Doherty, Managing Director of SuperPark UK, said the aim is to encourage families to be active together.
«”SuperPark is for children, teens, adults and everyone of all backgrounds and abilities. Parents and children move, play and succeed side by side. It’s about creating fun, active experiences that build confidence, coordination and wellbeing.”»
Unlike many family attractions, the park has been designed to encourage adults to join in rather than simply supervise, making it a destination where the whole family can take part.
Food and drink
Visitors won’t need to leave the park when hunger strikes. Glasgow café Scran + Roadie will open a second location inside SuperPark, serving locally sourced food and drinks throughout the day.
Getting there
SuperPark Glasgow will be located beside the restaurant complex within Frasers Plus Braehead and will be accessible from both the ground and first floors, with lift access available.
