Choose Your Own Whisky at Scottish Rogue’s Glasgow Fundraiser
Whisky lovers can create their own tasting line-up when Scottish Rogue returns to The Old Toll Bar in Glasgow on Friday 7 August 2026
Taking place from 7pm until 9.30pm this special edition of Dram Jam offers a change from the event’s usual guided tasting format. Instead of everyone sampling the same selection, guests will be able to choose the whiskies they would most like to try.
Each ticket holder will receive six tokens on arrival which can be exchanged for drams from an enticing selection of whiskies handpicked by the Scottish Rogue team. It is an ideal opportunity to explore different regions, flavour profiles and distillery styles at your own pace.
The event will also be raising funds for Women’s Aid Scotland, combining an evening of whisky discovery with support for an important cause.

About The Old Toll Bar
The Old Toll Bar is a restored Victorian pub on Paisley Road West, just south of the River Clyde. The characterful bar is also within walking distance of the SEC, OVO Hydro and Glasgow Science Centre, making it a handy spot for drinks before or after events in the area.
How to get there
By Subway
Kinning Park Subway Station is around a five-to-ten-minute walk from The Old Toll Bar. Glasgow Subway services connect Kinning Park with St Enoch, Buchanan Street and stations across the city centre and West End.
By bus
First Bus services 9 and 9A travel along Paisley Road West, connecting the area with Union Street, Glasgow Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station. Alight at Paisley Road Toll, close to the venue.
By train
Exhibition Centre railway station is approximately a 15-to-20-minute walk away. Regular trains operate between Glasgow Central Low Level and Exhibition Centre, although the Subway or bus may be more convenient for reaching the pub directly.
As this is a whisky-tasting event, guests should plan their journey home in advance and leave the car behind.
