From midday until closing time, guests can order lighter dishes designed for relaxed grazing.

The Glasgow Grazing Board features Isle of Mull Cheddar, crowdie, Scottish charcuterie, artisan chutney and honey-roasted nuts.

Other choices include hot-smoked salmon rillette with capers, dill and red-pepper crackers. An oyster flight contains three Maldon Rock oysters served with lemon, Tabasco and a classic vinaigrette.

H beauty Afternoon Tea at Silverburn

The new H beauty Afternoon Tea offers a Harrods take on the traditional afternoon tea experience, served with premium teas or freshly brewed coffee.

The savoury selection includes finger sandwiches, a warm mushroom and spinach sausage roll, and crisp cones filled with smoked salmon and crème fraîche.

Warm scones are accompanied by clotted cream and strawberry Champagne jam. To finish, guests can try three handcrafted pastries: a cherry and apple doughnut délice, rhubarb and white chocolate fondant, and red velvet cake.

A new place to eat and drink at Silverburn

The Champagne Bar & Café has room for 36 diners and has been created as a stylish meeting place within H beauty Glasgow. Visitors can stop for breakfast, meet over afternoon tea or enjoy Champagne and sharing plates while shopping at Silverburn.

Diarmuid Donohoe, General Manager at Silverburn, said: “H beauty has been one of our most popular retailers since the day it opened, and the new Champagne Bar and Café means guests can now make an afternoon of it.

“It’s exactly the kind of experience that has made Silverburn Scotland’s leading destination for a great day out, with everything from high fashion to food, drink and leisure.”
