The new El Santo lunch menu
“We are delighted to launch a new summer menu here at El Santo,” said Manager Marion Cunningham. “Every new menu we launch is the result of a great deal of care and attention, choosing the most appropriate dishes from Latin America’s rich larder of world class meat & spices. We compliment the main menu with our special months when we showcase extra dishes from a particular country. We are unique in Scotland in doing this, so we really do feel that our customers are subject to the widest choice possible in authentic Latin American cuisine.”
“Customers can also still enjoy our Rodizio Grill every Sunday 12 noon til 8pm, where our Passadores, or meat chefs, will bring out a continuous flow of succulent, grilled meats on skewers.”
