Dishes range from nibbles to go along with your wine such as Gordal olives and smoked almonds, through to small plates with delights such as Cumbrae and Lindisfarne oysters, fermented chilli juice and champagne shallots to lamb tartare, sourdough toast and smoked lamb fat to Aubergine, fermented tomato, sumac yoghurt, feta and crispy flatbread.
