CUCIELO Vermouth makes its debut in Glasgow

Glasgow Pop Up: CUCIELO Vermouth at Eusebi Deli

The CUCIELO Bicicletta bar will pop up at Eusebi Deli this weekend (28 and 29 August). Serving stylish aperitivo cocktails and authentic Italian cuisine at Eusebi’s on Park Road – the perfect spot to soak up the Scottish sunshine this weekend in Glasgow.

CUCIELO Vermouth
The CUCIELO Bicicletta – a bicycle shaped pop up bar – will be serving

CUCIELO Cinque7 – a light, floral take on a Spritz that is made using CUCIELO Bianco, Prosecco DOC/DOCG, ANGOSTURA® Orange Bitters, soda water
CUCIELO Negroni – made using equal measures of CUCIELO Rosso, Gin & Campari
CUCIELO Rox, which is CUCIELO Bianco or CUCIELO Rosso on the rocks

These all sound astounding and if only we weren’t on holiday, we’d be in that queue!

Andy Holmes, Founder of Artisan Spirits and creator of CUCIELO, said:

“Eusebi is the perfect location to debut the CUCIELO Bicicletta as they provide an authentic taste of Italy in Glasgow. Eusebi is a third-generation family business born in Italy but made in Scotland, while CUCIELO was an idea that was born in Scotland, where we’re from and based, but made in the Piedmonte region of Italy. We’re partnering with Eusebi to bring the aperitivo moment to life and serve up a real flavour of Italy this weekend and beyond.”

CUCIELO is made in the classic revered Vermouth di Torino style and they really care about quality, and makes for incredible aperitivo cocktails I know our guests will love.”
