Chef Graeme Cheevers and Chef Paul Liebrandt join forces for two nights

April 6, 2022 by Glasgow Foodie Leave a Comment

Next month will see UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers play host to a collaborative four hands dinner. For 2 nights only, Chef Graeme Cheevers and world-famous Chef Paul Liebrandt join forces, for a unique and exclusive event.

Held in one Michelin-starred restaurant, UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers, the venue for this event provides the perfect stage to showcase a crossover and coming together of ideas; the collaborative menu comprises dishes specially created for this one-off.

Chef Paul Liebrandt and Chef Graeme Cheevers will collaborate on an 8 COURSE TASTING MENU, plus 4 canapés and 4 petit fours, alongside speciality teas and coffees, for an intimate dinner service on MONDAY 9th MAY and TUESDAY 10th MAY 2022. Places are limited and priced at £250 pp, with an exquisite wine flight available on the night for an additional £150 pp.

Booking times from 6.00pm-9.30pm. All reservations require full, non-refundable, pre-payment at time of booking. Due to the nature of this exclusive event, they regrettably cannot cater to any dietary requirements, allergies or individual likes/dislikes.

Reservations can be made from 9 am TODAY (Wednesday 6th April 2022) EXCLUSIVELY VIA EMAIL (reservations@unalomebygc.com OR TELEPHONE 0141 501 0553. Please note full payment will be required to secure your reservation so please have your card details available.
